Our Leadership
Along with her dynamic team, Bukie specializes in helping clients harness the power of technology & the Internet — to better engage their stakeholders, and increase profits. She has over 15 years web strategy & development experience, serving clients from small nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
Bukie has degrees in Mathematics, Business Administration (focus in Entrepreneurship) and Internet Marketing. She is a regional ambassador for the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce and a member of the National Contract Management Association, Atlanta Chapter.
She is passionate about helping women discover their true potential and explore the opportunities that new media has to offer. Bukie is a member of Victory World Church and an active supporter in the fight against human trafficking.

Mr. Xiong is President/Executive Director of Government Contractors Association. GCA is a professional trade organization with a mission to serve the government contracting industry through education, facilitation and advocacy. Some of his accomplishments at the association include supporting under-represented businesses (minority/8a, women, Hubzone and service disabled veteran owned businesses), and fostering relationships with government agencies, large prime contractors and small businesses (including GSA, SBA, DoD, 8a companies, etc).
Mr. Xiong has been a serial entrepreneur for over 20 years, having founded a number of successful businesses. Prior to GCA, he co-founded Government Business Consultants as a firm to help businesses win government contracts. The company generated over $550,000 in its first full year. More importantly, their clients won more than $10 million in contracts. Mr. Xiong holds a B.S. in Business Management and a Minor in Leadership from Shorter University.
As CEO of the Institute for Leadership Learning, Paula has successfully guided hundreds of women and executives in advancing their careers, and business leaders in transforming their companies to achieve targeted results — using simple ROI strategies. She believes effective leaders empower those they serve to fulfill their purpose and reach their potential within their circle of influence. Due to the stressful demands of leadership, many organizations are challenged with stagnant growth, decreasing profits and a waning focus. Paula helps decision makers evaluate and leverage their assets for optimal effectiveness and profitability.
With over twenty years experience as a speaker, leadership trainer, executive coach, consultant and facilitator of think tank, mastermind and thought leader groups, her repertoire is unparalleled. Paula holds an MBA in International Business, Strayer University, MS, Organizational Leadership, Colorado State Global Campus. Certifications from Yale School of Management, Yale University Entreprenuership, JW Fanning School of Management, Georgia State University in Leadership and Executive Coaching from Oasis Consulting Group.
Mr. Andoh is the Area Director of the Gwinnett Small Business Development Center. Before joining the SBDC in 1991, he served as a business consultant with Xavier University’s Economic Development Center and as a staff accountant for Price Waterhouse Coopers International. His expertise lies in the area of loan packaging and accounting information systems with special emphasis on QuickBooks training. Other areas of expertise include business planning, inventory control and cost accounting.
Mr. Andoh has conducted research on minority businesses and their accessibility to capital and he is the co-author of the first edition of the Mastering Loan Proposals manual. He holds a B.S. in Accounting, Xavier University and an M.B.A. in Accounting, Loyola University.
